"My husband and I are pretty new to the motorcycle life and needed helmets. We looked online and thought we knew what we wanted. When we got to the store and met Richard we were taught the rights and wrongs of helmet sizing and style based on our riding choice. "Visited store to try a helmet (L) but it was not in store. Had it shipped to store, felt OK , so I brought it home. Wore for 1 hr but too tight. Returned to store, ordered XL. When XL came in, too loose. Returned for refund. At no time did store offer to measure my head or suggest another brand of helmet. Found out from manufacturer (LS2) that I could buy L size and order replacement liner in (M). Ordered online with smaller liner and it fits perfect."
